My journey
My name is Liviu Hrubariu and my journey into WHM goes back to 2017. After a few years of practising the breathing technique and ice baths, cold immersion, my mindset shifted to enjoying more going out into nature, exploring new places alone or with my family and friends. The step into becoming a WHM Instructor happened after I participated in a few workshops and saw people overcoming fear, emotions, and doubt , opening up to their inner strength/light. The WHM can be used as a tool in our daily lives for becoming happy, strong and healthy.

With a focus on body and breath mechanics. Our heart pumps the blood around our body at a rate of 5 litres per minute when resting, but what about our diaphragm? The lungs don't breathe by themselves; same as the heart, a strong diaphragmatic muscle leads to many benefits for our body and mind.
