My journey

  My name is Liviu Hrubariu and my journey into WHM goes back to 2017. After a few years of practising the breathing technique and ice baths, cold immersion, my mindset shifted to enjoying more going out into nature, exploring new places alone or with my family and friends. The step into becoming a WHM Instructor happened after I participated in a few workshops and saw people overcoming fear, emotions, and doubt , opening up to their inner strength/light. The WHM can be used as a tool in our daily lives for becoming happy, strong and healthy.

Climbing Mount Sněžka: A Memorable Journey

   Embarking on an adventure to climb Mount Sněžka, , was an unforgettable experience. Alongside my fellow instructor, John Podlasek ,https://www.sixpines.org/  we ascended this stunning mountain, soaking in the breathtaking views and the sheer sense of accomplishment that came with every step. 

 

  Descending Mount Sněžka after an invigorating climb was already an incredible experience, but it became truly unforgettable when I had the opportunity to meet Wim Hof, the "Iceman," . Spending a couple of hours with him and a group of like-minded friends felt surreal yet profoundly grounding. Wim’s warmth and energy were palpable, and his infectious enthusiasm for life made the time fly by. Overwhelmed to say the least!
